  “We offer complete man caves, game rooms, theatre seating, pub tables, bar stools, pin ball and arcade games, and more. At the show, we will have complete rooms set up so folks can see, touch and sit in areas to know how their room will be at home,” said Joe Elwood, general manager, The Billiard Factory. The Billiard Factory was founded in 1975 as a single store on Telephone Road in Houston. Over the past three decades, they have expanded through both organic growth and opportunistic acquisitions from one store with four employees into one of the nation's largest billiard and game room furniture retailers. Today, the company consists of 15 retail stores, multiple distribution centers and over 100 dedicated employees. Throughout the Company's long history, we have never lost sight of striving to meet our customer's needs. Don Brown, from your staff, had samples sent to the store from the warehouse so my wife could choose the best color. We brought a bar stool into your store to match up and we were able to select the right one. Some extra effort and consideration was needed from Don and he came through nicely. The customer service was excellent and the shelf looks as good as we hoped it would. The impressive part is that we felt like we were treated as if we were spending enough to outfit the whole room. The way it should be, but most times isn’t. Very nice job!!"
