Greg Pruitt

.Greg Pruitt has been a custom builder for over 12 years and in the industry for over 20 years and as described by some of his customers, he is an out of the box builder.  Meaning… he will consider new approaches, and because of this has built some homes that other builders would not consider because it was out of their comfort zone.  This is how Greg came in contact with foam insulation and ICF block homes.  Woody and Glenda Shultz of Hilltop Lakes had decided Greg was going to build their home, but at the last minute decided to go with ICF blocks.  Undeterred Greg told them it was a great idea, but would cost more.  He also had read a little on foam insulation in the attic, which would be required for the house to get the benefit of ICF blocks.  That was four years ago, and at that time almost no one was installing foam, and Houston had not even accepted it as part of the building code.  After more research, Greg decided with energy looking like it was going to increase in cost, that this would be a good market to get involved in.  He and his wife Dianne formed Rock-Crete Foam Insulators, Inc.  Greg's power point presentation is down to earth, and answers real world questions on the reasons you should consider FOAM INSULATION and savings up to 50%.
